This Aerobic Count (AC) Plate is a pre-prepared, sample-ready-culture medium which contains a standard culture medium, cold-water-soluble gel and a chromogenic indicator (Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride). The AC Plate is used for the enumeration of total aerobic bacteria in food and environmental samples.
